Conference Facilities

We offer some of the best conference and training facilities in the region, with a range of modern, high technology meeting rooms to suit a variety of business needs. All rooms have disabled access and are fully equipped with projection facilities, multi media input points, OHP, flipcharts and whiteboards. Most are air conditioned. There are a number of delegate packages available to suit all requirements some including lunch which can be a tailor made buffet or a two course meal provided in our full service restaurant. A local shuttle bus service is available for conference delegates (conditions apply).

The Lecture Theatre is fully equipped with audio and visual equipment and a revolving turntable for the display of items as large as a vehicle, and can seat up to 100 delegates in a spacious tiered style environment.

With its adjacent balcony for refreshments, the Concept Room is complete with audio and multi media projection facilities with extensive space for small groups or up to 100 delegates. This modern room is ideal for presentations and lectures.

Displaying the many Mitsubishi awards, the unique Trophy Room offers ample space for meetings of up to 10 delegates. This room, along with the Watermoor and Thames Rooms provides privacy and comfort for the smaller meeting.
